Entire neighborhood hates crotchety old guy who hassles everyone! lol

Anyone have a story idea for this guy? He’s desperate……leave the old fart alone. Best way to deal with ornery curmudgeons is just ignore them. Good to see rising young reporters getting into the ‘good’ stuff.
