This guy is making some controversial statements. Interesting article. and comments. I don’t find his theories racially offensive because I lack any credible references to refute him. The opponents in the article cite that evidence exists but they don’t provide any.

I think science should study questions like this to determine if geographic challenges created gaps in social and human intelligence development.

For example, the middle east and the west are light years apart in the rights afforded to women. I believe this gap creates some of the basic misunderstandings of our two cultures.

They will get there, but it will take decades for them to ‘catch up’.

Equality based on sex, race, religion, or creed.
