This AM on CNN there was a piece on a woman who works out of her backpack. It must be strange to traditionalists to see the mobile worker.

It drives me nuts when the best product for a client is FHA and I can’t help the consumer because of FHA’s antiquated standards for approval
Apr 18th
FHA is a government program with a mandate to increase homeownership. How does limiting the pool of FHA providers with onerous net worth
Apr 18th
requirements protect the consumer? It doesn’t. It limits competition and drives homebuyers into the arms of banks that then charge higher
